They were great with my child. They took time with her so she had a good experience and felt comfortable while being at the dentist.
I was recommended to this place by a friend as well as a family member, I WOULD ABSOLUTELY recommend Ligonier Dental Group to anyone looking for a caring, very professional, kind and gentle dentist! He as well as his staff go through everything with you as it happens and even before! His girls are very welcoming and so caring and kind as well...I had a very bad experience at a dentist in goshen and was so afraid of having the same experience here....Needless to say I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED!!!! This is definitely the best place that Ive been to and will continue to go because Ive never felt so comfortable and satisfied at any other place!!! I am a patient at Ligonier Dental Care & overall I have had a very positive experience here. The only problem I have had is that when I have gone to pay my my bill, at least twice I have been charged more than what I should have been. I have a dental discount plan & Ligonier Dental Care & Dr. Griffith are contracted with them to charge a certain fixed amount for dental procedures, but at least twice I have been overcharged. I would just say be very proactive & if you use a dental discount plan be sure to have a current copy of the fee schedule with you & verify that you aren't being overcharged. Other than that, I love going here.
