Very clean nice rooms affordable. I would recommend this motel to all my friends. I'm in Ligonier at least once a week and I choose to stay here.

Not good. It's cheap, if you need to be right here and have your own sheets, I guess. No, honestly I don't know if they're not clean I didn't want to look closely, it's just the kind of place where you should doubt it.
Mold, dried urine, dried blood, just a few of the things found on the walls and doors. Walls falling apart. Mold also in the air conditioner, on the towels and sheets. If I could give it zero I would. I'm not sure house it's even legal
