Manager can be cranky and stingy. Slow service. But cheap enough. Love the employee Sergio, he always has a great attitude!
Nice and clean and warm last visit. Nice to see senior citizens, who give good, responsible service with a smile.
Katherine Day, "Shift Lead" took our order, not only did we sit at the drive through for three minutes prior to anyone talking or responding; we ordered a cheese quesadilla, with extra jalapeno cheese sauce, she argued that we meant nacho cheese, she said, "It doesn't come with nacho cheese, nevermind I'll just add it." When we corrected that we didn't want nacho cheese sauce, but said, "The jalapeno sauce." She said, "That is nacho cheese sauce!" Finally, someone must have told her that jalapeno cheese sauce is in fact a thing and she responded with, "you mean the creamy jalapeno sauce?" Then we ordered a XL burrito but fresco, which we struggled coveting what that was to her even though thats their terminology. Finally, we finished explaining and got our total, there were two cars in front of us, we waited no more than 10 minutes or so until we were at the drive through window, at this time she ask further questions about "fresco" option, to clarify. She then took our card, but didn't give any receipt at all, did ask the sauce we wanted nothing. She came off as very rude when we were interacting with her. Then a man from the line came to give us our order, he ask us what kind of sauce we wanted and was very nice. He was night and day from her attitude. And thankfully our food was right and tasted of good quality, I'm sure because he made it correctly. We didn't catch his name but he made this visit much more pleasant than Katherine Day did.
Was very slow, couldn't see the menu and when I asked for her to the light in she was rude. Worst taco bell ever
Worst Taco Bell ever. Went through drive through and was missing half my order then got home and my potatoes were old and hard. Called up there and the shift manager refused to replace them or give me refund even if I went up there with old aged product and receipt in hand. Never again
